This information is for members preparing image files for the Port Now! exhibition.
In order to facilitate production of the exhibition booklet, all participants are required to add the following information (metadata) to their master image files (normally a .PSD file, but it could be a RAW or .DNG file in Lightroom). The process we use to create the pages for the booklet will extract this metadata from JPG files generated from the master files.
It's stored inside the master file that you use for your image.
It's quite easy. When you're editing your file in Photoshop to prepare it for output, you can enter the metadata using the menu option File>File Info...
The information stays in the file. Next time you open the file in Photoshop to edit it, you'll see the information.
